Co-Op Meeting

Co-Op Meeting Round-Up: September 2022

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first meeting in our year-long series: “How to be a Parent to an Adult Child Living Their Best Life in the Community!”

 

We encourage self-advocates with I/DD and their family and friends to join us for future subjects in this impactful series. Meetings follow the same structure:

  • 6:30pm-7pm: Coffee Hour – meet and mingle!
  • 7pm: Discussion: Self-advocates and parents in separate rooms for discussion

 

The following topics will be covered in the series:

  • November 9th- Facing and Surviving your Biggest Fears
  • January 12th – Managing Failure & Managing Expectations
  • March 9th – Annual Membership Meeting
  • May 11th – So What? The Dignity of Risk
