Champaign County Directory of Disability-Inclusive Employers
The LEAP program is now launching the Champaign County Directory of Disability-Inclusive Employers.
All employers in the county are eligible to register for the directory. A business doesn’t have to have be
currently hiring or commit to work with our other programs. By signing up, the employer expresses a
long-term desire to hire qualified people with disabilities.

Urbana Park District
We collaborate with the Urbana Park District on recreation and employment programs that grow community inclusion for our members.
Experience Champaign-Urbana
We partnered with Experience Champaign-Urbana to create the Accessible CU directory. Our members worked evaluated businesses on accessibility for physical and intellectual disabilities.
Mass Transit District
We partner with MTD on a ride training initiative to teach adults with intellectual disabilities to use the fixed-route bus service.
