Community Choices offers a transportation program for our membership!
Qualifying members can schedule up to 8 rides per month with our Transportation Coordinator to locations in Champaign County (exemptions apply).
The Transportation Coordinator can also support members with using the CU-MTD fixed-route bus service.

No Cost Rides

Tech Training
Our Transportation Coordinator can support members and their families with learning tech that increases safety while traveling
Bus Riding
Our Transportation Coordinator can support members with learning to use the fixed-route bus service
Eligibility Requirements
Members must qualify for the program. Eligible members meet all 3 criteria:
- Completed a member enrollment or annual renewal
- Are enrolled in the PUNS database or receive waiver-funded services (HBS or CILA)
- Live in Champaign County
